Liberty Utilities can simplify your life and help you manage your budget with our payment and billing options.
Credit/Debit Electronic Check
Payment can be made on our web site or by calling 1-866-790-7710. Please have your six digit account number and six digit customer number available, you will be asked for this information. Please note that Paymentus charges a service fee of $2.50 for paying bills using this service. The system allows payments of up to $250 per transaction. All payments made thru this service will be posted to your water account within 3 business days.
If you have received a disconnect notice or are subject to disconnection please call our customer service department during normal business hours to report your payment.

No Record of Payment
If Liberty Utilities has no record of a payment, the following information is needed to conduct a search:
• Exact amount and form of payment
• If cash, information from the receipt
• If no receipt, when and where the payment was made.
• Who paid; you personally or a friend or relative
• If paid by check or money order, and if the item has cleared the bank, the check number and date the check cleared your account
Returned Checks
All checks that are returned from your bank unpaid are subject to a returned check charge. Liberty Utilities will make every attempt to contact you if your check is returned; however, the responsibility to notify will remain with your banking institution.
