Customer Assistance Program

The Customer Assistance Program (CAP) offers income-qualified customers a $10.00 per month discount on their water bill.

Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)

Eligible low-income households will receive a one-time payment to pay off current or past due water or sewer bills with California’s Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). Learn more and apply for this program below.

*NOTE: When filling out the online application, Apple Valley and Yermo customers must select "Liberty Apple Valley" as their water company.

Arrearage Payment Program

The State of California established the Water and Wastewater Arrearage Payment Program to help customers with past-due water bill balances incurred between March 4, 2020 and June 15, 2021. Credits are being provided through the program with funding from the State Water Resources Control Board.
