Special Payment Arrangements

Available to qualified residential customers.

If you are a residential customer and owe for past due service, you may have the chance to make an arrangement to pay over a period of time and avoid disconnection of your service.

These arrangements are called "special payment arrangements" or "SPA’s." A SPA will allow you to make a down payment towards the amount you owe and then make monthly payments at the same time as your regular bill payments in order to pay off the past due balance.
