Current My Account Customers |
On May 8 we retired our current My Account service to launch a new and improved My Account experience. If you were enrolled in the previous My Account system, you will be required to set up a new profile on our new My Account system: Go to Libertyenergyandwater.com and select your state and community from the drop-down menus. Click “Enter”. Select “My Account Log in/Sign Up.” Then select the “Don’t have a My Account? Register” hyperlink. Follow the prompts to complete registration. |
Your new account number will be located on your first Liberty bill received after May 8.
You will also be able to find your new account number by using our account number look-up tool – enter your old account number to find your new number. This number can be used to sign up for My Account and update your automatic payments made through your bank account.
If you have automatic payments set up through your bank’s online payment service, you will need to log into that service after you receive your May bill to edit the payee information for Liberty and enter your new account number. You can do this once you have received your new account number or by using our new account number look-up tool. You will need to input your old account number in order to retrieve your new account number.
You will still be enrolled in paperless billing. To take advantage of our new My Account self-service portal, you will be required to register as a new user. Note: You will not see any bills in My Account until your first bill is rendered after May 8, 2023.
Your pre-authorized payments will continue uninterrupted.
The previous My Account service has been retired. We hope you’ll sign up for the new My Account and enjoy an improved customer experience. You will need to register as a new user. Your existing login information will not work with the new system.
To enroll in paperless billing or automatic payments, you will need to sign up for My Account. These are two of the many benefits offered through our new customer portal. You will need your new account number to do so, which will be included on your May bill.
You can still make one-time payments through KUBRA EZ-PAY, even if you choose not to sign up for My Account.
You are not required to sign up for My Account to receive paperless bills.
If you were an existing paperless billing customer, you have been automatically be migrated over to paperless billing in our new system.
The My Account system will build history going forward and you will have access to bills online beginning with your May 2023 bill.
If you are an existing paperless billing customer, you can temporarily access bills issued prior to May 2023 with your current online access.
At present the mobile app will be available on smartphones only. However, you will be able to access the My Account web portal via your tablet’s internet browser, just as you do on a computer.
The supported web browsers include the latest Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari mobile, and Chrome mobile.
For mobile OS devices (Apple and Google approved devices only): iOS and Android.
At this time, the only existing payment option impacted by My Account will be the “PayNearMe” service supported across some of our service areas, which will be retired when My Account launches. For a full list of current options, check out the Payment Options page.
