The Customer Assistance Program (CAP) offers income-qualified customers a $10.00 per month discount on their water bill.

Military Relief Program

The program provides extended payment terms to those families experiencing reduced income due to a call to active duty military service.

Arrearage Payment Program

The State of California established the Water and Wastewater Arrearage Payment Program to help customers with past-due water bill balances incurred between March 4, 2020 and June 15, 2021. Credits are being provided through the program with funding from the State Water Resources Control Board.
