In partnership with Alpine County, Liberty hosted a joint Arbor Day event at the Turtle Rock Community Center in Markleeville. The event was a great success, with Liberty donating 200 low-growing, power line-compatible shrubs to the community. This included 40 shrubs donated to Diamond Valley Elementary School and 55 shrubs donated to Alpine County.

Liberty hosted a booth at the annual Tahoe Truckee Earth Day Festival at Palisades Ski Resort. Our employees had the opportunity to answer customers’ questions regarding energy efficiency programs, EV rebates, and the Community Canopy Program.

Liberty is proud to support Bread and Broth, a non-profit in South Lake Tahoe that works to ease hunger in our local communities. Liberty recently sponsored a meal and our employees helped prepare and serve dinner to South Lake Tahoe community members.
