We offer many different ways to make payments. While most of the ways are free, some do incur a small processing fee.
Explore the options below to help you find the best and most convenient way for you to pay your bill.
Due to minimal walk-in payment transactions and an increase in customers using our online and automatic payment options, we are closing our North Lake and South Lake walk-in centers for payments as of Monday, December 29, 2025.

You can make a one-time payment using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express) online by clicking here or over the phone 24/7 at 1-800-782-2506 at 1-800-782-2506 and selecting option 3. You do not need to log-in to pay with your credit card. Enter your full account number to make your payment.
There are multiple ways you can pay using your checking or savings account. Investment Savings accounts cannot be used.
1. Make a one-time payment
You can make a one-time payment using a checking account online by clicking here or over the phone at 1-800-782-2506.
Using this method will result in a processing fee charged by our payment vendor. We do not profit from this fee.
2. Set up automatic payments
If you want to set up automatic payments using a checking account, please fill out the application found here. There is no fee for this service.
3. Mail your payment to us
Return the lower portion of your bill, along with a check or money order, in the envelope provided with your bill and mail it to:

You can make a one-time payment using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express) or ATM debit card online by clicking here.
You do not need to log-in to pay with your credit card. Enter your full account number to make your payment.
2. Use your bank’s online bill payment service
Most banks and credit unions offer bill payment services to their customers. Liberty Utilities can be set up as a Payee in the system.
