California Climate Credit
Residential and small commercial customers receive a “Climate Credit” on their April and October bills. This credit is from a California state-mandated program designed to fight climate change.
California is taking action to reduce electricity bills when they are highest. In 2026, Liberty's residential customers will receive the Climate Credit in April and November. Beginning in 2027, the credit will be distributed in October and November. The credit for small businesses remains unchanged in April and October.
