With Liberty’s My Account, you can…


Choose how and when to receive account notifications from us, such as when your bill is available, a payment is due, or for updates during an outage.

In the event of an outage, stay informed with our outage map and email or text notifications.
You do not have to log in to My Account to access and use the outage map.

See your usage history with easy-to-read graphs, which may help you better manage your energy usage to save on your next bill.

To enroll in paperless billing or automatic payments, you will need to sign up for My Account. These are two of the many benefits offered through our customer portal. You will need your account number to do so.
You can still make one-time payments through KUBRA EZ-PAY, even if you choose not to sign up for My Account.
The new My Account portal will build history, starting with your October 2023 bill.
Our Budget Billing program will run as it does today with a settle-up at 12 months. The only change with our new system is that there will also be a review at six months.
At present the mobile app will be available on smartphones only. However, you will be able to access the My Account web portal via your tablet’s internet browser, just as you do on a computer.
Liberty My Account works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft EDGE, and Safari. The mobile app is supported on iOS and Android devices.
My Account is supported on the current available version of these browsers and operating systems, plus two previous releases.
Please reach out to your provider directly. Your new account number is printed on your most recent Liberty bill.
