Work done during planned outages is to improve/update infrastructure and increase system reliabiliy or make needed repairs. Customers affected by planned outages will receive notification via text, email, and/or voice messages approximately 48 hours prior to the planned outage. Please contact customer care at 1-800-727-5987 to update or confirm your contact information.

 

Please note: As of October 16, Liberty has transitioned to OnSolve to support emergency outage text, phone, and email notifications. You may notice a slight difference in the outage notifications.

There is a planned outage in the Truckee area on Monday, May 20 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm for system improvements.

There is a planned outage in the Tahoe City area on Tuesday, May 21 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to replace poles.
