Please note that the method of disinfection of your water source has been temporarily switched from chlorine to chloramines.  Chloramines do not pose a health problem to the general population; however, chloramines can pose a serious health threat to individuals undergoing dialysis treatment. Liberty has notified all local dialysis treatment centers and hospitals of this change in disinfectants. You may wish to consult your medical provider for more information.

In addition, while chloramines are not toxic to birds, reptiles, or mammals, they are toxic to fish. If you have fish, please consult your pet or fish shop for more information about how to remove chloramines from water.
