Work done during planned outages is to improve/update infrastructure and increase system reliabiliy or make needed repairs. Customers affected by planned outages will receive notification via text, email, and/or voice messages approximately 48 hours prior to the planned outage. Please contact customer care at 1-800-782-2506 to update or confirm your contact information.

There is a planned outage in the South Lake Tahoe area on Wednesday, March 27 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am to set a new pole.

There is a planned outage in the South Lake Tahoe area from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm each day on Thursday, March 28 and Friday, March 29 to set a new pole.

There is a planned outage in the South Lake Tahoe area on Tuesday, April 2 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm to replace a pole.
