- Automatic payments: Your monthly payment will be automatically deducted from the account of your choice, so you don’t have to worry about missing a bill deadline. Click HERE to learn more
- Online payments: For a quick and convenient option, you can pay your bill online through My Account, or through our one-time payment service.
- Phone payments: Call us at 1-800-481-9190 and select option 2 to make a payment with a credit card or debit card. You will be redirected to our secure payment line.
- Mail payments: Return the lower portion of your bill, along with a check or money order, in the envelope provided with your bill and mail it to:

- Authorized Payment Agents: You may pay your bill through an Authorized Payment Agent at a location near you. However, using this service may result in a delay in posting your payments. Here is a list of nearby Authorized Payment Agents:
- Dollar Mart: 21510 Bear Valley Rd., Apple Valley, CA 92308
- Wal-Mart: 20251 Hwy 18, Apple Valley, CA 92307
- Drop-Box payments: Customers can continue to access the drop box for bill payments. However, payments left in the drop box are not picked up every day. Please do not use the drop box if your bill payment is due in less than a week or if you are at risk of service shut-off.
