Transfer Service
Transfer Service

To transfer service to a new address, customers must contact our customer service department at 1-800-782-2506, and one of our customer care representatives will assist you with transferring service to your new service address.

Stop Service
Stop Service

To stop service, customers must contact our customer service department at 1-800-782-2506. When you call our office, you will be verified by a customer service representative. Please notify our customer service representative of your scheduled move-out date, and provide the representative with the mailing address you want your final bill to be sent to.
