Program Information

To become qualified to do business with Liberty as a WMDVLGBTBE business, you must first become certified with either the CPUC's independent certifying body, the Supplier Clearinghouse, or the California Department of General Services (if you are a service-disabled veteran-owned business).

Liberty uses the guidelines provided by the CPUC to qualify diverse suppliers and requires certification by the Supplier Clearinghouse and/or California Department of General Services. Diverse suppliers are defined as a business enterprise that is at least 51% owned and operated by a minority, woman or disable veteran.
